Yes. Learning how to tell stories using the Hero's Journey as your guide will provide inspiration to get your book mapped out and written in a way that is engaging to readers.

The Hero's Journey framework and the LifeWriting assignments in Stories with Soul will likely bring material to the surface for processing and healing. So if you are currently working with a therapist or coach, this process will assist in your healing. It is not necessary for you to share intimate details of your recovery or trauma. This is designed to be a safe space for sharing and recovering in community -- but it's not to be considered as medical treatment or therapy.
